With several years of experience in Parisian architecture and project management firms, Ilaria Alfani and Tarek Najjar founded A3N Architecture. The diverse experiences they gained, along with the synergy and complementarity they developed, have provided them with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges related to designing spaces—from the initial concept to the finest execution details.
Our work focuses on a wide range of projects, from residential to retail spaces, as well as office buildings and outdoor areas. This diversity has led the agency to operate not only throughout France but also internationally. Our mobility and responsiveness are key assets, especially in the Retail sector, where we act as project managers or develop layout plans for various brands and commercial landlords.
Our team is made up of architects, interns, engineers, and an administrative assistant, currently comprising five members organized into two main areas: graphic design and project management.
Additionally, a long-standing partnership with specialized technical consulting firms in fluid dynamics, electrical systems, and structural engineering has allowed us to build a team with diversified skills, fostering an invaluable synergy and expertise within our field.
