We are proud to announce that our renovation of a seaside villa in Les Sables d’Olonne has been selected for the “Prix du Patrimoine 2024”.
This carefully carried out project has successfully combined preservation of the historic character with modern comfort. Among the interventions carried out: replacement of the joinery in keeping with the original style, restoration of the stone façade, optimization of the interior spaces and redevelopment of the garden to provide a harmonious setting.
